The TRG Recruiting
Center utilizes state-of-the-art tools to support
TRG and TRG's client's needs. The Recruiting
Center is a centralized approach to recruitment
that encourages efficiencies and supports scalability
in a manner that decentralized recruiting operations
cannot.
TRG's
Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) enable us to
distinguish ourselves from our competition when
it comes to service and delivery. Our SDMs
are strategically assigned to our clients where
they ensure that TRG's staff are not distracted
by human resource issues and work with the client's
managers to support them in engaging TRG's resources.
Their priority is not sales, but rather to ensure
that TRG and its clients are engaged in the most
efficient and productive manner possible.
We all understand that today's business world
is very dynamic and what may be a great plan one
day is wildly off-track the next. TRG's
SDMs are there to help recognize and react to
these changes. And of course, they are there
to handle the normal logistical tasks the Account
